Shichimi Togarashi

A classic Japanese blend, shichimi togarashi—also known as Japanese seven spice—is a versatile finishing seasoning with gentle heat and bright citrus notes. Épices de Cru’s version brings together chili, sesame, Quebec nori, dried yuzu peel, sansho pepper, and aromatic citrus peels for a balanced mix that’s fragrant, lightly spicy, and deeply savoury.
