Louis D'Anvers Plain Marzipan

Louis D’Anvers marzipan is a classic Belgian confection, made with finely ground Mediterranean almonds for a pure, natural almond flavour that’s noticeably more delicate than the marzipans commonly found in Canada. Where mass-produced versions often rely on added sweeteners or almond essence, this one is balanced and clean, with a soft texture that melts smoothly on the tongue.

Produced in Antwerp by a family company crafting almond specialties since 1923, this marzipan rewards simplicity—whether folded into cakes, cookies or pastry, or enjoyed as is. Each 40 g log is the perfect snacking size (no judgement at all), and we’ve bundled five together for baking use.
